MOKKA – Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products, all items are carefully inspected before dispatch.


Eligibility for Returns
Items may be eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the item ordered.

 

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition and packaging

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable unless faulty:
• Custom-made items
• Custom size orders
• Made-to-order pieces

Alterations

We do not offer alterations after delivery. Any fit adjustments required after receiving your item should be arranged with a local tailor.

Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will notify you and process any eligible refund within 5–7 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
