1. Where do you ship to?

We ship within Ghana and internationally to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.


2. How long does delivery take?

Ghana orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

International delivery times vary depending on location.


3. Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes. For custom sizing, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.


4. How do I choose my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed sizing information. If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.


5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items. Custom-made, custom-size and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


6. Will the colour look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to display our products accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.


7. How can I contact MOKKA?

8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some styles may be restocked depending on demand. Follow us on Instagram for updates on restocks and new arrivals.


9. Do you offer alterations after delivery?
No. MOKKA pieces are made to order with a relaxed, easy-to-wear fit. We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before ordering or contact us for sizing assistance before production begins.

As we do not offer alterations after delivery, any fit adjustments can be arranged with your preferred local tailor.


10. Do you have a physical store?
No, MOKKA is currently an online  brand. Measurements and consultations can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us via WhatsApp to book.
